Wollaston Lake is the largest of several lakes in Wollaston Township, sitting directly adjacent to the hamlet of Coe Hill. It's a shallower lake by regional standards, with a mean depth of about 9.4 metres.
The lake is serviced by two campgrounds, a public boat launch, and a township-maintained public beach — making it one of the more accessible lakes in the area for day use as well as cottaging.

Wollaston holds a good mix of warm and cold-water species: largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, lake trout, and walleye, with rock bass and sunfish rounding things out.
